Restoring Movement, Rebuilding Lives
Premier Rehabilitation Services (PRS) is a subsidiary of PSMI which offers physiotherapy and occupational therapy services to both hospitalised patients and out-patients. These two distinct areas of therapy are concerned with the improvement of quality of life for patients following an episode of health challenges.

What We Offer at PRS
Neurological Rehabilitation
Specialist physiotherapy for patients with neurological conditions including stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Down's syndrome and Erb's palsy, focused on restoring movement and maximising functional ability.
Musculoskeletal Therapy
Expert treatment for musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, sports injuries, fractures, arthritis, clubfoot and whiplash — restoring movement, reducing pain and supporting a full return to activity.
Cardiovascular Rehabilitation
Structured physiotherapy programmes for patients recovering from heart attacks and managing chronic heart disease, improving cardiovascular fitness, endurance and overall quality of life.
Respiratory Physiotherapy
Specialised respiratory therapy for patients with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and cystic fibrosis, including spirometry testing and breathing exercises to improve lung function and capacity.
Workplace Ergonomic Assessments
Professional workplace ergonomic assessments and education to identify and address posture, movement and workstation risks — reducing injury and improving staff health and productivity.
Mobility Aids & Supports
Supply of a wide range of mobility aids including crutches, walking frames and wheelchairs, alongside joint braces, supports and activities of daily living (ADL) kits tailored to each patient's needs.
Neurological OT
Occupational therapy for patients with stroke, spinal cord injuries, peripheral neuropathies and Guillain-Barré Syndrome — facilitating functional independence in daily living, work and leisure activities.
Paediatric Occupational Therapy
Specialist OT for children with cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, Erb's palsy and learning difficulties, supporting development, school participation and independence in daily activities.
Orthopaedic OT
Rehabilitation for patients with hand fractures, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and congenital malformations — improving function, reducing disability and supporting independence in daily tasks.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Therapeutic support for patients experiencing stress, anxiety disorders and emotional dysfunction — using purposeful activities to promote mental wellbeing, coping skills and social reintegration.
Burns & Soft Tissue Injury
Occupational therapy for patients recovering from burns, keloid management, tendon injuries and joint contractures — restoring hand and upper limb function and supporting return to daily activities
