Premier Service Medical Investments (Pvt) Ltd (PSMI) was formed in 2003 in pursuit of Premier Services Medical Aid Society (PSMAS)'s blue ocean strategy to forward integrate medical insurance into medical services provision. With the mandate of being the market leaders in affordable and accessible medical services provision, PSMI has since grown to become the largest private medical services group in Zimbabwe and hopes to expand its footprint to being the leading regional player in synergistically networked health service provision.
